Each Fitness + Nutrition Coaching package includes:

    Tailored to your individual fitness and health goals, taking into account any injuries, physical limitations, or digestive conditions.

  • Meal Planning Support
    Includes curated grocery lists, gut-friendly recipes to help you avoid trigger foods, and optional custom macronutrient (macro) targets.

  • Portion Control & Mindful Eating Guidance
    Learn how to tune into hunger and fullness cues, with practical tips for portion control—whether or not you choose to track macros.

  • Regular Check-Ins
    Bi-weekly or weekly sessions to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed.

Fitness + Nutrition Coaching
